1. Who attends the witness test?
Typically one buyer's engineer plus the OEM's QA lead. Some corridors (Brazil substation scope) require a third-party inspector accredited by the destination cert body.

2. FAT or SAT — which one for CN→LATAM?
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at the OEM plant in China is the default for the Sungrow SG125HT string inverter and the Sungrow PowerTitan2.0 / ST2752UX BESS container, because shipping a full MV skid back is uneconomic. SAT (Site Acceptance Test) is added at the LATAM destination when the grid operator requires an on-site demonstration.
