Request a quote
Tell us what you need and where it must be delivered. We reply with a landed-cost breakdown and the documents your market requires.
What to include in your request
Use this form for enquiries about lithium batteries, energy storage, solar PV, EV chargers or EVs sourced from China.
- Give the product or model, quantity and required capacity or power. If the model is undecided, describe the intended use.
- Provide the destination country and delivery city or port. Select the preferred Incoterm, or choose “Not sure” if it is undecided.
- Use Notes for the project context, known installation constraints and questions about equipment documents. Identify unknown specifications instead of guessing.
After you submit
We reply to the email you provide with a landed-cost breakdown and the documents your market requires. Include an email address where you can receive the reply.
State which costs you need clarified, such as freight, insurance, border charges or inland delivery. Published cost studies use scenario assumptions and are not quotations.
What happens after you send this
- Your requirement is read against the equipment class and destination you named, not a stock list.
- You receive a written breakdown of the cost lines between the supplier price and delivery, with the items that cannot be confirmed yet marked as such rather than estimated silently.
- Anything that depends on a classification, a tariff or a local requirement is listed for you to verify, because those are the items that most often move the final number.
What makes a quote faster to produce
- The delivery destination and the delivery point, not just the country.
- The equipment class and quantity, and any model already shortlisted.
- Whether you need equipment only, or installation and commissioning as well.
- The Incoterm you normally buy on, if you have one.
If you do not yet know how the cost lines fit together, read how landed cost is calculated first — it is a short page and it will make the quote easier to read.
