Solar Module EL Imaging QC — CN→KZ Corridor

Edition note: ISO 2859-1:1999 is withdrawn. ISO 2859-1:2026 is the published replacement. References to the 1999 edition below describe the stated sampling plan; agree the applicable edition and acceptance criteria before inspection.

Document type: Process SOP  |  Module family covered: Jinko Tiger Neo 3.0 (JKM-N-66HL4R-V) and LONGi Hi-MO 7 (LR7-72HGD)  |  OEM manuals: JKM-TN3-EL-SM rev.2.1 (Jinko) / LR5/6-HM7-EL-SM rev.1.3 (LONGi)  |  Corridor: China → Kazakhstan  |  Edition: v1.1

Audience: procurement, QA managers, and customs brokers handling utility-scale PV module shipments from CN manufacturers to KZ project sites. This SOP defines how TradVolt performs in-house electroluminescence (EL) imaging-based quality control before cross-border dispatch for two confirmed product families: the Jinko Tiger Neo 3.0 (TOPCon, 670 W class) and the LONGi Hi-MO 7 (HPBC, 610 W class).

1. Scope and applicability

This procedure applies to the two crystalline silicon PV module families explicitly listed below:

It covers pre-dispatch EL imaging, AQL sampling per ISO 2859-1:1999, and customs pre-clearance documentation under DAP or DDP per ICC Incoterms 2020.

8. Cost slots (indicative)

Cost figures are not published as fixed; each RFQ is priced against the OEM datasheet, lot size, and project site.

Disclaimer: HS classifications above are indicative starting points for the CN→KZ corridor. Final classification, applicable duty rates, VAT, and any exemptions (e.g. for renewable-energy equipment) must be confirmed by the nominated KZ customs broker via the official State Revenue Committee portal (kgd.gov.kz) at the time of shipment. TradVolt does not publish hardcoded duty rates.

10. Cross-border transport rules

Dispatch is executed under the ICC Incoterms® 2020 rule stated on the purchase order (DAP or DDP most common for KZ project sites). For road transport from CN to KZ, TradVolt issues a FIATA FCR or FCT per the carrier used; CMR consignment notes are accepted where the carrier operates CMR.

11. Acceptance and rework

12. Records and retention

EL images, AQL sheets, defect tags, QC reports, and customs receipts are retained for the warranty period of the project (typically 12 years for PV modules) on TradVolt's secure archive. Access is restricted to QC and project personnel.
