3. Retest Cadence and Calibration

Pack retest: every 180 days while held in export staging, or immediately after any mechanical event (drop, impact, enclosure opening). Instrument recalibration: maximum interval 12 months; the interval is set by TradVolt internal calibration SOP and is NOT itself a clause of ISO/IEC 17025 (17025 governs laboratory competence, not a fixed recalibration interval — see model assumption note). Calibration certificate must be traceable to a national metrology institute (e.g., NIM China / NIST-equivalent).

4. Acceptance Sampling (Visual / Mechanical AQL)

For batch shipments, the Step 3 visual and mechanical inspection may be sampled per ISO 2859-1:1999, General Inspection Level II, AQL 1.0 (acceptable) / 4.0 (rejectable). The Step 5 hipot electrical test itself is performed on 100 % of packs and is not eligible for any sampling reduction.
