Tradvolt › Process › DG Cargo Segregation & Stowage Plan — CN→CH (LFP prismatic cells)
Vertical: Logistics & Freight Performance (LFP) | Owner: Tradvolt Operations Desk | Document type: SOP / Process | Revision: 2026-09-22 | Built against: IMDG Code 2024 (Amdt 41-22), ADR/RID 2025, IATA DGR 66th Ed. 2025, ICC Incoterms 2020, UNRTDG Rev.21, UN MTC Rev.7, Reg.(EU) 2023/1542
Decision: Use this 12-step SOP for any DG consignment on the CN→CH corridor when the equipment family is LFP prismatic lithium-ion cells (e.g. EVE LF304 3.2 V / 304 Ah / 4000 cycles — see EVE LF304) and LFP battery cabinets built from those cells (e.g. Deye BOS-G 5.12 kWh modules 20.48–61.44 kWh — see Deye BOS-G; BYD MC Cube / HVS/HVM LFP — see BYD Energy Storage; Huawei LUNA2000-7/14/21-S1 5–21 kWh per tower — see Huawei LUNA2000-7/14/21-S1). Yields a segregation matrix, stowage plan and signed DGD by D−3 (calendar days), with DGD sign-off mandatory before loading.

This SOP governs the segregation, stowage, and customs positioning of dangerous goods (DG) moving on the China (CN) → Switzerland (CH) corridor, on the Logistics & Freight Performance (LFP) vertical of Tradvolt. It applies to UN-classified LFP prismatic lithium-ion cells (Class 9, UN 3480) and LFP battery cabinets/modules (Class 9, UN 3480 or UN 3481 depending on configuration). It covers multimodal legs (road/rail/sea/air) and applies to Limited Quantities (LQ), Excepted Quantities (EQ), and full-regulated consignments. The SOP is built against IMO IMDG Code 2024 (Amendment 41-22), UNECE ADR 2025 / RID 2025 applicable from 1 January 2025, IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations 66th Edition 2025, ICC Incoterms 2020, UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods 21st revised edition (ST/SG/AC.10/1/Rev.21), UN Manual of Tests and Criteria 7th revised edition (ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.7) and Regulation (EU) 2023/1542.

Units note: All "D-N" / "D+N" markers are calendar days relative to planned departure (D = day of departure). In-transit milestone logging is performed every 6 hours (h). The HowTo totalTime of P7D corresponds to the administrative lead-time (D−7 → D−1) before in-transit legs; this reconciles with the table, which lists corridor-specific transit windows separately.
